Composite List Instructions

The API Composite List is a real-time directory that provides access to information about API Monogram™ Licensees and organizations with Registered Management Systems, such as API Spec Q1®, API Spec Q2®, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and API 18LCM.

  • Find Registered Designs for API 19B Perforating Equipment by using the Specification/Standard drop-down menu below and selecting API-19B
  • Access the API Nonconformance Reporting website:  NCR Website
  • Search for standards that are not included in the Monogram Program by clicking Advanced Search Options > Registration Scope Included > [specification number]. Examples of Specification numbers include:
      6AR (for API Std 6AR)
      16AR (for API Std 16AR)
      20J (for API Std 20J)
      20M (for API Std 20M)
      1163 (for API Std 1163)
      671 (for API Std 671)

  • Definitions of Certification Statuses

    Active
    The location currently holds a valid API Monogram License, API Repair and Remanufacture Program License, and/or APIQR Certificate of Registration.
    The location is authorized to use the API Marks in accordance with the marking requirements as stated in the relevant API Agreements.

    Applicant
    The location has applied for API certification, and the certification is pending API’s audit.
    Applicants are not authorized to use the relevant certification marks or license/registration numbers.

    Canceled
    The location’s license or certificate of registration has been revoked.
    The location is not authorized to use the relevant certification marks or license/registration number(s).

    Expired
    The location’s license or certificate of registration was not renewed prior to the end of the certification cycle.
    The location is not authorized to use the relevant certification marks or license/registration number(s).

    Inactive
    The location’s license or certificate of registration is temporarily paused, typically due to the impact of a natural disaster or other disruptive event.
    The location is not authorized to use the relevant certification marks or license/registration number(s).

    Suspended
    The location’s license or certificate of registration has been temporarily paused by API.
    The location is not authorized to use the relevant certification marks or license/registration number(s).

    Transitioned
    The location’s license or certificate of registration has been updated in response to a new edition of an API specification or standard. This reflects a change in the certification basis, not a loss of certification.

    Withdrawn
    The location’s license, certificate of registration, or application is no longer valid.
    The location is not authorized to use the relevant certification marks or license/registration number(s).
